Mackinley Robinson is a Managing Partner for Hilow Capital, focusing on asset management and strategy for commercial real estate holdings, financing, and sourcing and evaluating commercial real estate investment opportunities.

Outside of Hilow Capital, Mackinley is a Senior Director of Berkadia’s Seattle office, where he structures debt and equity financing for all commercial property types to facilitate acquisitions, refinances, and recapitalizations. Throughout his career, Mr. Robinson has worked on the closing of more than $2 billion in financings for clients. He has placed capital for multifamily, single-family rentals, affordable housing, industrial, office, retail, hotels, and a number of other property types.​

Mackinley is an active member of NAIOP, serving as a Co-Chair of the DL Committee, and representing the Pacific Northwest region on a National Forum.

Mackinley holds a bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Finance from Western Washington University, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
