Hilow Capital is a boutique investment firm based in the Pacific Northwest. We invest in market rate and affordable apartments, as well as business ventures with undervalued intellectual property or a technological edge.
Portfolio
Hilow Capital owns apartments throughout the United States, interests in private placement offerings, as well as venture investments. Our focus on apartments is strong in-place cash-on-cash returns that provide consistent and stable cashflow. The venture investments we target are primarily Pacific Northwest based and have some undervalued component, either through intellectual property value or marketable technology.
